TERRY MASIKEWICH / 테리

Terry is simply my dream roaster in the world. Whenever coffee goes through his hands, he pulls out its own delicate character. I would say his roasting is on another level in the world for me. He was involved in the technical part of the sports industry. Fast forward to 2012, he and his family decided to move from Calgary to Lloydminster. He purchased a small roaster and started roasting and selling his very own beans at the farmers’ market. Thanks for the beautiful coffee, Terry!

테리는 제가 꿈꾸던 마이크로 로스터예요. 마이크로 로스터가 사실 모든 것을 컨트롤하고 있기는 흔치 않아요. 하지만 그는 늘 해내죠. 로스팅 실력뿐만 아니라 커피를 셀렉하는 기준 마저도 탑클래스랍니다. 하키와 관련된 기술자였다고 하는데, 어쩜 그렇게 커피를 잘할 수 있는지 의문이에요. 아마 언제나 더 나음을 위한 프로페셔널리즘을 지니고 있기 때문일까요? 가족에게는 누구보다 스윗한 아버지이기도 하죠.
